W&DCRA Belfry Repairs Fund

The Belfry Repairs Fund is a registered charity (number 505098) and has to abide by the rules set out by the Charity Commission. The trustees, who are the W&DCRA Central Committee, administer the affairs of the Belfry Repairs Fund in accordance with the provision of the Rules of the Fund. One of the Trustees is appointed as 'Clerk to the Trustees' who processes all applications for grants or loans from the charity and deals with all correspondence and telephone calls. The trustees examine very carefully all applications for grants or loans from the charity to ensure that the requirements of the Rules of the Fund are fully complied with and all relevant advice is received and considered.
The Trustees have to strictly comply with the rules of the Belfry Repairs Fund shown below when considering loans or grants. All the Rules are printed in the Annual Report every two years, a copy of the Association rules are included below as they too must comply with the Charity Commission requirements
The Association operates a 300 Club whose profits directly feed into the Belfry Repair Fund (BRF). Details of the 300 Club and the financial arrangements within the WDCRA Organisation may be found using the top left menu access.
