There is a small car park by church. The key to the tower is available from tower corespondent who will also brief ringers with regard to the clock mechanism. The local public house is the Hampstal Inn in the Burf part of the village which is down by the river, they also serve meals. St.Peter's is also famous for being the birthplace of Frances Ridley Havergal, Victorian hymn writer and poetess. In the area is Witley Court (English Heritage) the baroque church adjoining it, has been fully restored.
